Zong Wu Men was founded by me, George Wood, in 2003 in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. area. Zong Wu Men is a school dedicated to teaching and researching the traditional Internal Martial Arts.

We are happy to announce that classes in both Xingyiquan and Baguazhang are now being offered at a new indoor location. We are now location in Sterling, VA. We are sharing space with White Birch Kung Fu Taiji school at 46000 Old Ox Road, Suite 104, Sterling, VA 20166.

Classes are offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, as well as Saturday afternoons. In addition, there will be annual intensive seminars offered by my teacher Luo Dexiu, as well as other learning and training opportunities.

Goals of Zong Wu Men

• To promote the YiZong tradition of Baguazhang and Xingyiquan as passed on by Luo Dexiu.

• To train, teach and research the Internal Martial Arts, while upholding their primary aim of developing fighting skill.

• To provide a positive learning environment for the study of the full range of what Internal Martial Arts has to offer.

• To provide a fun, friendly, respectful and serious learning environment for the students.

• Promote the history and culture from which these arts arose.
